Terms of Service

Provider (entrepreneur registered in the Czech Republic):

The Service provides tools to create and publish web pages and related content. Features may change over time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles, and included limits are shown at checkout and/or in your account.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction, unless required otherwise by law.

You can cancel at any time. If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Refund rules (if any) are described at checkout and may depend on the payment provider and the nature of the Service.

You retain ownership of content you upload or create (“User Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the Service.

You confirm you have all rights necessary to upload and use your User Content (including images, fonts, trademarks, and personal data).

You must not misuse the Service, including by: violating laws, infringing intellectual property, distributing malware, attempting unauthorized access, abusing API limits, or interfering with other users.

The Service (excluding User Content) and all related intellectual property rights belong to the Provider or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

If you are a consumer and a dispute arises, you may be entitled to out-of-court dispute resolution (ADR) via the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence may still apply.
